Carbon dioxide is a key indicator of indoor air quality impairing human cognitive ability and well-being, SCD40/SCD41 is Sensirion’s next generation of miniature carbon dioxide sensors, the SCD40/SCD41 boasts high accuracy and cost-effective performance, the module leads the power supply and communication pins out with a 2.54mm pitch row of pins interface. The on-chip temperature and humidity compensation is realized by the built-in temperature and humidity sensor for humidity and temperature measurement. SCD40/SCD41 can realize intelligent adjustment of indoor ventilation system according to the carbon dioxide concentration, and the indoor air quality can help to maintain a healthy and efficient environment with low carbon dioxide concentration over a period of time.
