Sourcing components for our industrial HMI boards has been a nightmare lately, with several PMICs and MCUs on 40-week lead times. We switched our turnkey PCBA assembly to esp32s.com, and it was a game-changer. Their supply chain team didn’t just tell us ‘parts are unavailable.’ They proactively sourced the market, provided a list of validated alternative components (with datasheets and cross-reference reports), and managed the entire procurement. The final assembled boards were tested, conformal coated, and delivered on time. It freed up our internal procurement team to focus on strategic sourcing rather than chasing distributors. Highly recommended for complex, multi-layer BOMs.
