Continuous Discharge Current: Max 60A (Reduce load current if module overheats due to poor cooling)
Continuous Charge Current: Max 10A
Dimensions: 41*62*3.4mm
Weight: 9.8g
Note 1: Successfully starting the electric drill requires either 3 power batteries rated at 10C-20C or 6 power batteries rated at 5C-10C (Recommended power battery models: VTC4, VTC4A, VTCSA, VTC6). Use a connection cable rated at 12.6V with copper wire of 4mm² or larger (DO NOT USE NICKEL PLATES!!!).
Note 2: Starting a motorcycle requires higher battery specifications! Use 6 power batteries rated 15C-20C or 12 power batteries rated 10C-15C (recommended models: SONY VTC4, VTC4A, VTC5A, VTC6). The motorcycle must also have a charging voltage regulator circuit.
Note 3: Strictly follow the diagram for wiring OV, 4.2V, 8.4V, and 12.6V connections. When soldering wires, avoid touching any components on the board and do not intentionally short-circuit.
Module Discharge: The battery is configured in a 3-series arrangement. Connected batteries must support a 60A discharge current, achievable through parallel connections or purchasing batteries with higher discharge ratings. For example, a 2000mAh battery with a 10C discharge rate requires only 3 cells in series to reach the maximum 60A discharge current. For stable discharge, a 3-series-6-parallel configuration is necessary, with careful attention to heat dissipation as battery capacity will decrease rapidly during discharge.
Module Battery Charging:
3-series battery configuration, fully charged at 12.6V.
Charging power supply voltage: DC 12.6~14V.
Charging current depends on the charger’s set current value and battery capacity, not exceeding 10A maximum.
